David Breschi is President of Madison Settlement Services, LLC., a full-service title insurance company based in Hanover, PA and serving the entire United States. Prior to entering into the title insurance business in May, 2003, Mr. Breschi was a Class A Shareholder with Shumaker Williams, P.C., a regional law firm with offices in Harrisburg, PA and Towson, MD. Practicing in both Maryland and Pennsylvania while at Shumaker Williams, Mr. Breschi concentrated his practice in banking and other financial services litigation. Throughout his tenure with Shumaker Williams, Mr. Breschi represented banks, wholesale lenders, mortgage companies, and title companies on issues involving Truth in Lending Act violations, RESPA violations, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act violations, "predatory lending" violations, and other common law lender liability violations.

As President of Madison Settlement Services, Mr. Breschi's practice is now focused upon regulatory issues involving RESPA, TILA, and state law regulations and compliance. Mr. Breschi also focuses his practice on the issues pertaining to lender-title company transactions, including the creation of subsidiaries and joint ventures (affiliate business agreements).

Mr. Breschi is a frequent lecturer on the Truth in Lending Act, RESPA, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and "predatory lending" for the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Bankers, the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, and the Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Mr. Breschi is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
