Dawn M. Shoop is a Branch Manager for Madison Settlement Services' Carlisle Office. Dawn has eighteen years of experience in Real Estate and Title Insurance Industry.

Dawn grew up in the Cumberland Valley and left her senior year to live abroad. Dawn graduated from Patch American High School in Germany in 1984. Upon returning to the U.S. after graduation, Dawn worked as a data processor for T.B. Woods Company in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Dawn left the company to start her career as a legal secretary for H. Anthony Adams in Shippensburg in 1987. While employed with Attorney Adams, Dawn attended Penn State Mont Alto to pursue her Paralegal Certificate. Dawn prepared all aspects necessary for real estate closing and worked for Attorney Adams for fourteen years. In 2001, Dawn went to work for South Central Home Settlements, Inc. Dawn was responsible for every aspect of closing including, ordering title, review of abstracts, preparing binders, conducting closings, post closing and final policies. In April 2005, Dawn went to work for Gold Star Settlement Services of Shippensburg, LLC as Branch Manager. In June 2005, Madison Settlement Services merged with Gold Star.

Dawn's years of experience in the real estate industry have taught her that a successful title company depends upon excellent customer service and great communication with the Realtors, Lenders and Clients.
