Robin Mull is an Owner and Vice-President of Operations for Madison Settlement Services' Cumberland Valley Offices. Robin brings to Madison Settlement Services 30 years of experience in the legal and title insurance industry.

Robin has an Associates Degree as a Para-Legal and began working for David Cleaver, Esquire in l978. She was a part of the formation of Franklin Real Estate Services, a title insurance company in Chambersburg, PA, where she focused solely on real estate closings. Robin managed all aspects of a busy title insurance company that ultimately averaged over seventy-five loan closings per month.

Robin left Franklin Real Estate Services and continued to work in the real estate industry and also processed estate work with the law firm of Patterson and Kiersz. She later returned to Franklin Real Estate Services as their office manager until forming her own company - Gold Star Settlement Services - with Larry Meminger and Richard Alloway. In June of 2005, Gold Star Settlement Services then merged with Madison Settlement Services where Robin became an Owner and Vice-President of Operations for Madison's family of title companies in the Cumberland Valley region.

With Robin's many years of experience in the Title Industry, she understands that a successful title company's highest priority must always be to give each and every client the best service possible.
